Whether you need care and support for only a few hours a day, or 24 hours, seven days a week, we are able to provide a service tailored to meet your individual need, delivered by experienced and dedicated staff.
Care Support
We are able to offer a full range of care services to individuals who wish to live independently with support. We are able to work with our recommended Housing Provider Vogue Future Properties Limited to source appropriate modern self-contained flats with large communal kitchens and leisure areas and are able to secure accommodation in a timely fashion, no jumping through hoops.
We are able to support with housing benefit applications, managing tenancy agreements, managing financial budgets with support from financial advocates, support with making and transporting to appointments, shopping, doing housework, laundry, meal and menu planning, and lots more.
We provide access to community and social inclusion and support people with sourcing employment opportunities.
Transitions
We can offer a transitional service, whereby a person wishing to eventually move into a supported living type environment can experience living independently with care support, this can be achieved by short stays or longer stays over a period until they are ready to move permanently.
We have staff on duty 24 hours per day during respite and transitional stays and can offer traditional support with preparing and serving meals, medication administration to teaching life skills etc.
Taster Night
We can offer a taster night which can take the form of offering modern self-contained accommodation in a block of flats designed with the younger person in mind. The aim of this service is to allow not only the carer a break but to allow the person the freedom to experience living independently with a purpose and this can be a long- or short-term outcome for people.
