Support Worker

Support Workers required to work with Younger Adults with Learning Difficulties and Autism in a Supported Living Environment within Northampton and surrounding areas.

Flexible shift patterns available full or part-time, evenings, nights and weekends.

Minimum Requirements
Experience in a similar position.
Relevant Health & Social Care Qualifications for example HSC Diploma NVQ 2 or Care Certificate.
Demonstrate adequate skill sets with an emphasis on numeracy and literacy.
Understanding of CQC Regulatory Compliance.
COVID-19 vaccinated.
Right to work and live in the UK.
Desirable
Car Driver, the Company has vehicles for use in order to provide the service.
The Role

Requires applicants to teach and mentor younger adults whilst providing guidance and support with practical daily living and who are able to demonstrate patience and understanding and can problem solve.
